Measurement of the clear room dimensions.
Output of the floor space layout according to WoFlV or DIN 277
The calculation of living space based on the WoFlV is better known and more common. Especially in the area of renting out living space. However, when it comes to financing a property, a floor space calculation according to DIN 277 can be more advantageous, as more areas are included here.
